NCI’s requirements to begin captioning are very simple:

1) Schedule your program(s) to be captioned by

2) Are you new to NCI?  Complete the credit charge authorization form and contact us at marketing@ncicap.org to get started today! 

3) Are you an existing NCI customer? Please contact your NCI marketing representative and login here to share your file (s) 

*Before submitting your content, check NCI’s media specs for more details. 

4) For our existing clients with live programming, online events, classes or meetings, please contact your NCI marketing representative. 

* To caption special and emergency programming with less than 24 hours’ notice, please call the scheduling line at 703-917-7640 and follow up with an email to NCI-RT SCHEDULING at nci-realtimescheduling@ncicap.org
