Introducing CaptionSentry Elite and Express

Overview

Over the past year, we’ve talked extensively about our Automated Captioning Solution, CaptionSentry, which easily transforms real-time audio into nearly verbatim captions. We’re incredibly proud of our proprietary technology and love to tout its flexibility, quality of captions, ease of use, and price point.

We have recently classified our CaptionSentry access into two user options: Express and Elite. Going over the given chart, you can observe that the same outstanding quality is offered to both tiers and the differences now come down to your desired involvement:

Express:

With NCI’s CaptionSentry Express device running on your site, your team uses a web interface to activate captioning on demand. Or, if you prefer, you can schedule your captioning session online in advance for stress-free planning. Your team can even update specialty word lists, improving caption accuracy every time you choose to use CaptionSentry Express. NCI is available if you need us, but you and your team are in control!

Elite:

Our team skillfully manages the scheduling and activation of your programs and keeps up-to-date word lists, including words to exclude. CaptionSentry Elite service also includes full-time, 24/7 live program monitoring by our skilled Automated Captioning Specialists who are expertly trained on captioning technology and troubleshooting. We take the entire captioning process into our hands so you can focus solely on your own commitments!
